We out contacted Storm Force Shutter Solutions about shutters because we noticed they had four locations. Businesses don't expand without customer support, so we felt that Storm Force is a customer-satisfaction oriented company. The reviews we read bore that out. When the company estimator, Shawn, arrived, he was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He offered alternative ideas about our needs and made us feel that Storm Force was the right choice for us. We never once felt pressured to make a decision. Shawn provided his cell number to us, in case we had further questions. It was a very good experience.

I found Storm Force Solutions advertisement in a bulk mail packet. From there I went online to find out more about the product and services they offered. When I decided to call, I was received by a courteous and well informed individual who explained pricing and more about the company. An appointment was scheduled and on the appointed day and time, technicians Schad and Daniel notified me when they were on their way. Upon their arrival, they made a prompt diagnosis of my problem and proceeded to complete the repair. They also gave me tips on some preventative maintenance for smooth operation of the shutter in the future. I rarely write reviews but my experience with Storm Force is an exception because of the efficiency, professionalism and communication they provided, in addition the physical repair of the shutter. If you need SERVICE, this is a company that works at providing it.
