I found Storm Force Solutions advertisement in a bulk mail packet. From there I went online to find out more about the product and services they offered. When I decided to call, I was received by a courteous and well informed individual who explained pricing and more about the company. An appointment was scheduled and on the appointed day and time, technicians Schad and Daniel notified me when they were on their way. Upon their arrival, they made a prompt diagnosis of my problem and proceeded to complete the repair. They also gave me tips on some preventative maintenance for smooth operation of the shutter in the future. I rarely write reviews but my experience with Storm Force is an exception because of the efficiency, professionalism and communication they provided, in addition the physical repair of the shutter. If you need SERVICE, this is a company that works at providing it.

Scheduled an appointment for Hurricane Fabric Window/Door Covers, Billy arrived on time, discussed my project, measured all openings, at the end of the appointment I was well versed in both the product and Storm Force procedures for installation. Billy informed me I would have his proposal later that day or early next morning. I was very comfortable with all that took place during our appointment and look forward to receiving the proposal and moving forward with the project prior to hurricane season.

Communication was great. I emailed the company regarding getting a quote on fabric shields. The office called me back almost immediately. Set up an appointment for a quote and Shawn came out and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Had my quote right after he left. Schad came out about a week later and confirmed measurements. Product arrived just under two weeks later and installed. Great service. Great price.
