Installation went smoothly. Technicians explained everything to me and were very efficient and personable. I had them leave up the two clear ones and the fabric on the patio door that we never use, just since it's Hurricane season and those areas are on the back of the house. I'm very pleased with everything and will recommend your company to anyone considering getting storm protection. Thanks!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Storm Force Shutters here in the Florida Panhandle, serving Panama City, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and straightforward. Shawn came out personally to provide the estimate, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain all my options without any pressure. His professionalism was top-tier, and the price he provided was extremely competitive, honestly a killer deal for the quality and service offered. If you’re in Panama City or anywhere along the Panhandle looking for hurricane protection, I highly recommend Storm Force Shutters. They truly deliver on both value and professionalism.

The technicians made a good faith effort to fix the problem. The shutter did operate better, but not 100% efficiently. It is no longer hanging up, but now makes a clicking noise when cranking. Since it does open and close fully now, a return service call is entirely your option. However, should it fail due to this issue, we expect it to be covered under warranty. Thanks

The representative that came out to give us a quote (Shawn Stephen’s) was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Even though he’s probably heard all these questions a thousand times he answered them very clearly so we could understand exactly what to expect from the product. We were never rushed and never pushed towards a certain type of protection. Shawn truly believes in the product and that’s why we have confidence in going with Storm Force Shutters.

We out contacted Storm Force Shutter Solutions about shutters because we noticed they had four locations. Businesses don't expand without customer support, so we felt that Storm Force is a customer-satisfaction oriented company. The reviews we read bore that out. When the company estimator, Shawn, arrived, he was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He offered alternative ideas about our needs and made us feel that Storm Force was the right choice for us. We never once felt pressured to make a decision. Shawn provided his cell number to us, in case we had further questions. It was a very good experience.

Storm Force Shutters did and excellent job at repairing my electric storm/ security shutters. Their service techs were very personable and knowledgeable, as well fast. They made sure they explained everything to me in advance of doing the actual repairs. Never once did I feel like i was getting the hard sell on anything! The two techs that came to my home are an asset to this company! From now on Storm Force will be the company I turn to for my shutters needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for storm shutters, or needs shutters maintenance or repairs!

your tech Shawn Stevens came to measure up for an acordian shutter estimate on my house. Shawn was courteous and knowledgeable of the product. He had the tools with him to do a proper job. The other people were only half with it and did a half ass job. Thankyou for the pleasant experience. Robert Hobbins
