The technicians made a good faith effort to fix the problem. The shutter did operate better, but not 100% efficiently. It is no longer hanging up, but now makes a clicking noise when cranking. Since it does open and close fully now, a return service call is entirely your option. However, should it fail due to this issue, we expect it to be covered under warranty. Thanks

The shutters look amazing and I could actually tell the difference from the first power coat when the paint was flaking off and after sending the shutters back to the manufacturer to redo the application of powder coating due to a bad batch, you can truly see a higher quality produced from the manufacturer.
