I asked for an estimate to have hurricane shutters for a new house I’m trying to purchase. Knowing that home owners in FL often require this feature I asked Storm Force for an estimate. I was exceptionally pleased to meet Shawn today. He explained options and showed me products. Shawn is so knowledgeable and was very pleasant to talk to. Now I can take the next step when I acquire insurance for my new home. I would recommend this company, and Shawn specifically, if you’re in the market for shutters.

The technicians made a good faith effort to fix the problem. The shutter did operate better, but not 100% efficiently. It is no longer hanging up, but now makes a clicking noise when cranking. Since it does open and close fully now, a return service call is entirely your option. However, should it fail due to this issue, we expect it to be covered under warranty. Thanks
