Hurricane Shutter Field Technician / Installer
Storm Force Hurricane Shutters is seeking motivated, customer-focused candidates for current and future field technician opportunities. This role supports the sale, service, repair, and installation of exterior shutter systems for residential and commercial customers. The position is field-based and requires professionalism, reliability, safe work practices, and a willingness to learn.

Primary Work Location
Pensacola, FL / assigned Storm Force service areas
Candidates should be able to reliably commute to the assigned reporting location and travel to customer locations as required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sell, service, repair, and install exterior shutter systems as assigned.
- Assist residential and commercial customers with service, repair, and replacement options.
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, equipment, and materials safely and professionally.
- Follow Company procedures for customer service, documentation, scheduling, safety, and job completion.
- Communicate professionally with customers, managers, office staff, and field team members.
- Maintain assigned tools, equipment, vehicles, materials, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
- Complete required training, paperwork, photos, notes, or system updates as assigned.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused and professional in the field.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
- Comfortable learning mechanical, installation, service, and repair work.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Able to use or learn to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required depending on the position.
- Prior customer service, construction, installation, service, or hands-on mechanical experience is preferred but not required for all opportunities.
