Communication was great. I emailed the company regarding getting a quote on fabric shields. The office called me back almost immediately. Set up an appointment for a quote and Shawn came out and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Had my quote right after he left. Schad came out about a week later and confirmed measurements. Product arrived just under two weeks later and installed. Great service. Great price.
