The team did a great job from measuring to installation, they worked with us as we had the exterior of our house painted, the entire experience was fantastic, the guys who did the install were timely, respectful and knowledgable. Great experience and I would highly recommend them!

The representative that came out to give us a quote (Shawn Stephen’s) was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Even though he’s probably heard all these questions a thousand times he answered them very clearly so we could understand exactly what to expect from the product. We were never rushed and never pushed towards a certain type of protection. Shawn truly believes in the product and that’s why we have confidence in going with Storm Force Shutters.

Communication was great. I emailed the company regarding getting a quote on fabric shields. The office called me back almost immediately. Set up an appointment for a quote and Shawn came out and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Had my quote right after he left. Schad came out about a week later and confirmed measurements. Product arrived just under two weeks later and installed. Great service. Great price.

From the very beginning when Shawn arrived for our 1st discussion and to give a quote I have had nothing but exceptional service through the entire process. On Monday January 20, 2025 installation was started and again an exceptional, possessional job was done by Schad, Dustin and Kody. Shawn arrived to check us out and brought us all Hot Chocolate. The install went really well. I could not be more pleased. Rebecca, kept me informed of the construction process and install date. The Roll down shutters work so well. They are a mix of one electric, several pull down and crank ones also. So happy I discovered Storm Force Shutter in Pensacola, FL. Jimmy

Shawn did a great job of explaining our options, which were several and with answering our many questions. We moved to Florida a few months ago so we were not very familiar with all options and varied products. Shawn was patient and knowledgeable. We appreciate your efforts, thank you!

We out contacted Storm Force Shutter Solutions about shutters because we noticed they had four locations. Businesses don't expand without customer support, so we felt that Storm Force is a customer-satisfaction oriented company. The reviews we read bore that out. When the company estimator, Shawn, arrived, he was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He offered alternative ideas about our needs and made us feel that Storm Force was the right choice for us. We never once felt pressured to make a decision. Shawn provided his cell number to us, in case we had further questions. It was a very good experience.

I had a great experience with your company. Shawn the technician was great. He showed me how to remove & store my fabric shield. Any time I called & spoke with Billy, he did what he said & communicated with me, called me back when he said he would. That is so refreshing these days in doing business with an individual or a business. They were able to take care of my needs in a timely manner. Thank you for a smoothe transaction.
