I found Storm Force Solutions advertisement in a bulk mail packet. From there I went online to find out more about the product and services they offered. When I decided to call, I was received by a courteous and well informed individual who explained pricing and more about the company. An appointment was scheduled and on the appointed day and time, technicians Schad and Daniel notified me when they were on their way. Upon their arrival, they made a prompt diagnosis of my problem and proceeded to complete the repair. They also gave me tips on some preventative maintenance for smooth operation of the shutter in the future. I rarely write reviews but my experience with Storm Force is an exception because of the efficiency, professionalism and communication they provided, in addition the physical repair of the shutter. If you need SERVICE, this is a company that works at providing it.

Storm Force Shutters did and excellent job at repairing my electric storm/ security shutters. Their service techs were very personable and knowledgeable, as well fast. They made sure they explained everything to me in advance of doing the actual repairs. Never once did I feel like i was getting the hard sell on anything! The two techs that came to my home are an asset to this company! From now on Storm Force will be the company I turn to for my shutters needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for storm shutters, or needs shutters maintenance or repairs!

Scheduled an appointment for Hurricane Fabric Window/Door Covers, Billy arrived on time, discussed my project, measured all openings, at the end of the appointment I was well versed in both the product and Storm Force procedures for installation. Billy informed me I would have his proposal later that day or early next morning. I was very comfortable with all that took place during our appointment and look forward to receiving the proposal and moving forward with the project prior to hurricane season.
