Limited Lifetime Warranty
What Is Covered:
Installation
Storm Force Shutter Solutions carry the top hurricane shutter and hurricane screen manufacturers. The manufacturer provides its own separate warranty to you for the hurricane shutter or screens. We proudly back all our manufacturers individual warranties, as well as cover labor for up to a year from the date of installation. Service charge may apply. Please note: If the specific warranty associated with each item on the invoice is left blank, the warranty defaults to a 90-day warranty period. For new installations, see the manufacturer's warranty for what is not covered under its warranty.
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty begins when any installation is complete. This warranty cannot be transferred. The labor warranty is for the term indicated by the specific warranty associated with each item on the invoice from the date of installation.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover any products or workmanship provided by anyone other than the authorized Storm Force Shutter Solutions issuing the warranty. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, such as damage or injury to a person or property because a hurricane shutter or screen did not operate properly. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty does not cover problems caused by abuse, misuse, civil disturbance or Acts of God.
