We out contacted Storm Force Shutter Solutions about shutters because we noticed they had four locations. Businesses don't expand without customer support, so we felt that Storm Force is a customer-satisfaction oriented company. The reviews we read bore that out. When the company estimator, Shawn, arrived, he was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He offered alternative ideas about our needs and made us feel that Storm Force was the right choice for us. We never once felt pressured to make a decision. Shawn provided his cell number to us, in case we had further questions. It was a very good experience.

I had a great experience with your company. Shawn the technician was great. He showed me how to remove & store my fabric shield. Any time I called & spoke with Billy, he did what he said & communicated with me, called me back when he said he would. That is so refreshing these days in doing business with an individual or a business. They were able to take care of my needs in a timely manner. Thank you for a smoothe transaction.

It was a pleasure meeting with Shawn today. He was on-time, very efficient, and informative. He walked through the different window protection options Storm Force provides so we could make the best decision. Thank you!

Enjoyed meeting Shawn and getting more information on your Storm Tex screens. He listen to what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and being very familiar with the product, he helped us see how we could customize the installation to meet our needs.
