From the very beginning when Shawn arrived for our 1st discussion and to give a quote I have had nothing but exceptional service through the entire process. On Monday January 20, 2025 installation was started and again an exceptional, possessional job was done by Schad, Dustin and Kody. Shawn arrived to check us out and brought us all Hot Chocolate. The install went really well. I could not be more pleased. Rebecca, kept me informed of the construction process and install date. The Roll down shutters work so well. They are a mix of one electric, several pull down and crank ones also. So happy I discovered Storm Force Shutter in Pensacola, FL. Jimmy

The shutters look amazing and I could actually tell the difference from the first power coat when the paint was flaking off and after sending the shutters back to the manufacturer to redo the application of powder coating due to a bad batch, you can truly see a higher quality produced from the manufacturer. Thank you Storm Force Shutter in the handling of this hiccup and providing top notch service.
